After you place your order, an e-mail confirmation including your order number, will be sent to the e-mail address that was entered on your order form. Once your payment has been approved, your item will be packed and dispatched. You will be notified by email, to advise if any of the items you have ordered are out of stock. In this instance, the full amount will be refunded using your original payment method.
Payment can be accepted by most general credit cards through our secure checkout: Visa, Mastercard and Amercian Express. Please note that your credit card details will not be stored and you can feel confident that your personal information and credit card data is completely safe. Afterpay and ZipPay is also available.
Most items available for purchase on the New Generation Online Store are held in stock and are ready to ship once payment has been made (unless otherwise specified).

You can select to have your order delivered to your nominated store for your collection. Your order will be packed in our warehouse and then we'll transfer it to your nominated store between 1 - 5 business days, depending on the store location. We will call you when your order is ready to collect at your nominated store. To avoid disappointment, please wait until you've been contacted to collect your parcel.
We always work as fast as we can to get your order to you. Below is a general guide of expected delivery times for Store Transfer orders:
Ballarat Store collection - allow 1 to 2 business days
Bendigo Store collection - allow 2 to 5 business days
Please note that Online Orders are not sent on weekends or Victorian public holidays.
When you join our mailing list, we collect information such as your name, e-mail and postal address. To process and fulfill your orders online, you will also be asked to provide us with your shipping address, telephone number, credit card number and expiration date. For security reasons, we do not store your credit card details on the New Generation Clothing site. We do not share credit card information with third parties, except for the purpose of processing payment for products you’ve ordered and as required by law.
New Generation Clothing also collects e-mail addresses at various locations within the site (including when you order from the site) so that we can send you any necessary e-mail messages related to your order – such as an order confirmation notice. In addition, we maintain a record of your product interests, and anything else that might enable us to personalize your shopping experience. We also examine site use and traffic to improve our web site design and the products and services we offer. New Generation Clothing appreciates that it must store and use client information responsibly.
New Generation Clothing will not rent or sell your e-mail address for any reason. You may at any time request that you be removed from our mailing list. To do so, please send an email message to with ‘take off’ in the subject line to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will happily delete your details as per your request.
If ordering within Australia, then typically you will receive your order within 1-5 business days. Please allow an extra day for Western Australia and some regional areas. In most cases, orders placed and paid for prior to 2:00pm (AEST) will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2:00pm maybe shipped the following business day. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or Victorian public holidays.
Unfortunately we can only ship Australia Post Express Post parcels to PO Boxes. Please enter an actual address for all other shipping methods. All other deliveries are sent via Couriers Please.
Like any store, our stock of products is limited and if an item is marked “sold out” then it is likely to not be available any more. However, you are welcome to email us at email@example.com with details of the item you are wanting to purchase and we will try to get one in for you.
Garment colours will be reproduced as true and accurately as possible. However, slight variations in colour and size specifications can sometimes occur. Please also note that the way the colours appear on screen is also a result of the settings and colour calibration of your monitor.
You are free to return or exchange an item, as long as the item is in new, un-worn and un-used condition with all tags attached. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a return authorisation number (RA) with which to return the goods. Goods are to be returned at your expense, but a replacement item will be shipped to you at no extra charge.
Yes, you can redeem New Generation Gift Vouchers online, but only Gift Vouchers purchased from the Online Store (not Gift Vouchers purchased in the retail stores). You will be sent instructions with the voucher on how to redeem your voucher at the checkout, that will apply the full voucher amount as a discount off your purchase. Gift Vouchers purchased online can be redeemed at any of our retail stores.

Manufacturers/Wholesales “Pick and Choose” sizing which can cause major confusion for shoppers and for us! Through our many years of experience we do our very best to give you the best guidelines on each label. For example, a small in one label could be a size 8 whilst in another it could be a size 10.
