Free Store Transfers

You can select to have your order delivered to your nominated store for your collection. Your order will be packed in our warehouse and then we'll transfer it to your nominated store between 1 - 5 business days, depending on the store location. We will call you when your order is ready to collect at your nominated store. To avoid disappointment, please wait until you've been contacted to collect your order.

We'll always work as fast as can to get your order to you. Below is a general guide of expected delivery times for Store Transfer orders:

Ballarat Store collections  - allow 1 to 2 business days

Bendigo Store collections - allow 2 to 5 business days

Please note that Online Orders are not sent on weekends or Victorian public holidays.
