We aim to provide you with the best online shopping experience and it’s really important to us that you love your purchase from New Generation Clothing. If you would like to return or exchange an item, please contact us at email@example.com as soon as possible, indicating the reason for the return. You will then be issued with an authorisation number (RA Number), which must be included with the returned item. This is simply to allow us to keep track of your details so we can best service your needs.
You can either return your item/s to one of our stores (please bring all your paperwork with you), or post it back to us. For exchange or change of mind returns, the item must be unwashed, unworn and in its original condition (this includes all original tags, packaging and packing slip). This does not mean you cannot try it on for size! Upon inspecting the returned item, we will the gladly credit, exchange or refund your original method of payment. Returned items that have been worn, damaged or altered from their original state will not be exchanged or refunded and will be returned to the customer.
We regret that we are unable to refund original shipping and handling costs, unless the item was faulty or not as ordered.
In the case of exchanging an item, outward shipping will not be charged on your first exchange, but you must return the goods to us. We recommend that you use a method such as Express Post or Registered Post that can be tracked. It is your responsibility that goods arrive at the return address safely. In the instance where a different size is not available, then you will receive a refund for the cost of the returned item.
If an item is faulty, incorrectly described or different from what was ordered, we will provide an exchange or refund and cover your return costs. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to organise your return.
